Terms of Service - Jhatpat

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into legally binding contracts under Indian law to place orders on Jhatpat.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mobile number and one-time password (OTP) credentials.

Jhatpat curates authentic products from verified merchants and national brands across India for distribution in Chamba district.

While we endeavor to display exact item stock, mountainous line-haul logistics can occasionally affect availability. If an ordered product becomes unavailable, a full refund is immediately credited.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless explicitly stated.

Delivery will be made to the address specified during order placement. The customer or an authorized recipient must be present to receive the parcel and provide the delivery OTP.

Our riders are trained for hill terrain, but delivery schedules may be adjusted in the event of extreme landslides or snowfall for driver safety.

Any fraudulent order placement, repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery orders without genuine reason, or abusive behavior toward delivery personnel will result in permanent account suspension.
